I had to delve into my childhood fandoms: Indiana Jones and Jurassic ParkGlad that you sampled a crossover. Yes, they are a challenge in themselves to write. The thing most authors miss is that they can't bring both (or all) of the series together. They make it too big of a story and choke on the details. And then there's the deal of the characters learning each other's universes (at least in how their partner(s) in the tale operates). Finally, after all of that, the writer has to introduce each character to the audience because the reader might be coming from one fandom, another one or frankly might be new to each one altogether.

This had all of my favorite Jurassic Park characters in the aftermath of Jurassic Park III where Alan and Billy try to move on and heal. Ellie is there for them and remains a great friend. It's sweet and sad but excellent.

A crossover! A funny one too without being ridiculous as some crossovers are. Indiana Jones is in the Star Wars world doing what Indiana Jones does best when he stumbles across a meddling and mysterious 'kid'. This is a wip with one chapter. It's supposed to become romantic but the first chapter has enough gen to keep me happy. Very entertaining.
Anyhow that was a very intriguing comment you made. Just wanted to give you kudos and maybe embellish it a bit.
